Nvidia has locked in an October launch for the RTX Spark platform, its first complete PC system. The company revealed full specifications for the two N1X chip variants that will power it. Both are Arm-based systems-on-chip that combine a Grace CPU and a Blackwell RTX GPU on a single piece of silicon.
Laptops using these chips will arrive from Asus, Dell, MSI, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft.
Two N1X Configurations
The higher-end N1X pairs a 20-core Grace CPU with a 6144-core Blackwell GPU. Unified memory ranges from 24GB up to 128GB. This version targets both mini PCs and high-end laptops.
The secondary N1X cuts the CPU to 18 cores and the GPU to 5120 cores. Unified memory tops out between 24GB and 32GB. At launch it will appear only in laptops and offers a lower-cost way into the lineup.

What the Chips Can Handle
The higher-memory N1X can run large language models that need heavy memory, play demanding games, and handle other intensive workloads. It sits in a similar performance space as Apple’s Max and Ultra chips, including systems like the Mac Studio.
The leaner N1X aims at thin-and-light laptops and lines up more closely with standard Apple silicon found in machines such as the MacBook Air.
Nvidia’s larger goal is making Windows-on-Arm gaming practical. The higher-end chip is expected to deliver 100 frames per second at 1440p when using DLSS 5 and multi-frame generation up to 6x. Both chips can render complex 3D scenes locally instead of relying on the cloud. They also support generative AI models as large as 120 billion parameters running entirely on the device.
