Xbox Game Pass keeps piling on titles through early October. The latest wave runs from September 16 to October 6 and brings a mix of big releases and smaller additions that will keep the backlog growing.
Early September Releases Kick Things Off
September 16 starts the wave with Marvel Cosmic Invasion, Planet of Lana II, Routine, and Ultimate Sheep Raccoon. The next day adds Kernel Hearts and Ninja Gaiden 4. That early stretch already covers roguelike action and classic ninja combat.
Dune: Awakening Arrives Mid-Month
Dune: Awakening lands on September 22. Funcom’s open-world survival game makes its Xbox debut through Game Pass and comes to Xbox Series X|S, PC, cloud, and supported handhelds. The same day also brings Well Dweller, a dark-fantasy Metroidvania. Mad King Redemption follows on September 23.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 joins the Premium tier on September 25. It becomes available with Ultimate and PC Game Pass at the same time.
Minecraft Dungeons II and Gears of War: E-Day Close the Wave
Minecraft Dungeons II launches September 29. The sequel adds a new adventure, tougher enemies, fresh gear customization, and support for up to four players in co-op. It arrives day one on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
Keeper shows up on October 2. Then Gears of War: E-Day hits on October 6 as a day-one Game Pass title. The prequel sends players back to Emergence Day, 14 years before the first game. It includes campaign co-op, the new Horde Siege PvE mode, and Versus multiplayer.
Between surviving Arrakis, exploring new Minecraft dungeons, and taking on Locusts, the next few weeks leave Game Pass subscribers with plenty to play and not nearly enough free hours.
